Manitoba's screen printing operation is the
largest in Europe.
Significant investment in the latest state of
the art equipment combined with highly experienced
personnel, allows us to bring a wide range of
exciting print techniques to the market.
The print plant capacity is geared
to produce 75.000 prints per day on
finished garments or cut parts.
Our equipment includes following screenprinting
machines :
- 3 x Infinty ELEXION up to 14 colour 22 pallets
- 2 x Centurian USA up to 9 colour 12 palletts
- 6 x Anatol up to 12 colour 16 palletts

MANITOBA PRINT uses environmentally
friendly inks and chemicals thoughout all stages
of the printing and preparation process and works
closely with all it's suppliers to ensure that the
department is aware of latest legislation.

ensure optimum curing conditions are achieved with
all plastisol and waterbased ink systems.
Manitoba
Print has an in house Flock printing,
with 4 Flock machines and a capacity
of 8000 pcs.
With this machine, we are able to produce
multicolour Flock designs.
The latest fashion trends with applied Rhinestones
are made on this G.S.M fixy 2004.
The M & R Challenger automatic carousel is
able to print up to 14 colours on 16 palets.
Fully computerised equipment allows
us to produce high quality screen
prints with excellent opacity combined
with special effects.
Colours can be matched to a variety of requirements
Including pantone matching system with industry
standard light boxes.
The latest technology screen coating machine
ensures the exact amount of emulsion is delivered
to the screen to ensure the high definition is
achieved within the stecil.
Manitoba Print offers
all kind of different decoration. Furthermore to
