The cutting facility at Manitoba has a capacity to cut 28.000 garments per day, using a range of sophisticated technology.

We are working in 2 shifts using following equipment :
° 2 x Niebuhr /Gerber cutting tables
° 2 x Bulmer cutting table
° 1 x Gerber
° 2 vertical knifes
° several bandknifes

Efficient cutting is achieved by cutting high layers, whilst precise cutting is guaranteed with the use of band knifes
in production. Using metal gloves ensures the safety of our employees.

Our semi automatic laying up machines produce the ideal
layer hights in preparation for cutting.

Our policy is to ensure the safe production and delivery of the finished garment.
Safe transportation is is achieved with careful loading of either hanging or boxed goods.

Europallets are wrapped in a stretch foil to stabilise boxes.

Patterns are produced using our newly installed Lectra system to optimize fabric consumption and accuracy during the cutting process.

As part of the complete production package, Manitoba offers a comprehensive Packing operation, including the provision of all labelling, barcodes etc.

Customized packing is a regular feature of our day activities.
Clients can take advantage of our flexibility in being able to offer flat packing into boxes or individually onto hangers though our automatic bagging equipment.

All garments are subject to strict metal detection procedures.
