In our lab we match fabric colours to a variety of requirements using an industry standard light box with different light sources.

Colours are matched against :

° Tungsten
° UV

To ensure constantly equal shades throughout production,
we keep records by archiving colour continuity cards for each fabric colour.

Our in house laboratory accredited to a number of leading brands and retailer, carries out a variety of important tests including :

° wash test - shrincage, spirallity
° washing stability
° appearance after washing
° colour fastness to water
° colour fastness to detergent
° colour fastness to rubbing
° weight
° print durability

Security is our obligation.

Manitoba follows a strict needle procedure.
The company is a loose metal free zone.
Sewing needles are kept under very safe rules.
All parts of a broken needle during the producton process
are brought together and collected in a safety cabinet to ensure, that no loose metal parts will remain in the garments.
